Recent Portfolio Sale*

 

*The portfolio was sold in October 2018 and consisted of 18 medical office buildings located in 8 states with approximately 768,000 square feet.

Assets located in tertiary markets (approx. 81% of the portfolio) exhibited the greatest compression with a 119 bps spread between the going in cap rate and exit cap rate.
