Montecito Medical Promotes Karina Juhasz to Regional Asset Manager
Nashville, TN — Montecito Medical Real Estate, a premier owner of medical office buildings throughout the U.S., announced the promotion of Asset Management Analyst, Karina Juhasz, to Regional Asset Manager.
Joining Montecito in early 2017, Juhasz will now be responsible for overseeing monthly and quarterly reporting, annual budgeting preparation for the company’s asset management team. She also will work with risk management and assist the accounting team with portfolio financials for financial reporting accuracy.
Karina is a financial expert in healthcare property acquisitions, and has an extensive background in property management and accounting. Her detail-oriented analytical skills, patience and professionalism enhance the communication and working relationships among property managers, accounting and acquisition teams at Montecito Medical. Juhasz played an important role, with the property management team, in Montecito being named the top privately held acquirer of medical real estate during 2016 and 2017.
Juhasz reports directly to David McNeil, Senior Vice President of Asset Management, and is located out of Montecito’s Orange County, CA offices.
