Nashville, Tenn. — Montecito Medical, one of the nation’s most active investors in medical office real estate, has acquired a 40,000-SF medical outpatient building in the Milwaukee suburb of Hartland, Wisconsin.
Aurora Health fully occupies the property, where patients can receive care in multiple medical specialties.

Aurora Health Care is a leading not-for-profit integrated health system serving Eastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Through its 2018 merger with Advocate Health, one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the nation, the combined system significantly expanded its operational scale, patient reach, and clinical depth. Aurora’s regional network includes 18 hospitals, more than 150 clinics, and a wide spectrum of multi-specialty outpatient services.
