A link to a third-party website or service does not mean that we endorse that third party, or the quality or accuracy of the information presented on the third party's/parties' website or service.

Data Retention: How Long We Store Your Information

Montecito will retain your personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. We also will retain and use your personal information as long as necessary to comply with our business requirements, legal obligations, resolve disputes, provide our services, protect our assets, and enforce our agreements.

When we no longer have a purpose to retain your personal information, we will securely destroy your personal information in accordance with applicable law and our policies.

Security of Your Personal Information

Montecito has implemented measures to secure and protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure and from accidental loss. There is never a 100% guarantee that unauthorized access will ever occur on any Site. Montecito does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental or legal guardian consent, we will delete that information. Governing Law

This Privacy Notice and any disputes related thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, exclusive of its choice of law rules. All lawsuits, actions, claims or disputes arising under or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be brought in the federal or state courts within the County of Davidson of Tennessee.
