The Founders
Chip Conk, Chris Conk, and Joellyn Shannon founded Montecito Medical in 2006 after building Montecito Property Company, which acquired more than $2 billion of multifamily communities across 14 states. Each brings thirty years of real estate experience; together they made the focused bet on medical outpatient real estate that the company still runs on.
