Montecito Medical, a leading buyer of medical office properties nationwide, has acquired a two-building medical office portfolio in central Alabama.
The fully leased buildings, in Birmingham and Montgomery, respectively, total more than 25,700 square feet. Surgical Dermatology Group, a market-dominant specialty provider, is the anchor tenant.

With nine locations in the state, Surgical Dermatology Group is a leading provider in its specialty. The Birmingham property, which includes an ambulatory surgery center, is the group’s flagship location.
