Montecito Medical, a leading buyer of medical office properties nationwide, has acquired a two-building medical office portfolio in Paducah, Kentucky.
The adjacent buildings, which total nearly 62,000 square feet, are fully occupied by Bon Secours Mercy Health under a long-term lease.

Bon Secours Mercy Health is one of the nation’s leading health systems, with thousands of providers, more than 1,200 care sites, and nearly 50 hospitals.
