Montecito Medical, a leading buyer of medical office properties nationwide, has acquired a 14,649-square-foot medical office building in Bloomington, Illinois.
The property is 100% occupied by Illinois Cancer Care, a regionally dominant oncology provider.

Illinois Cancer Care is a leading, private oncology and hematology practice with 14 locations across Central Illinois. The group is part of Physician Reliance, LLC, which specializes in providing support services to oncology practices and is a subsidiary of The US Oncology Network, one of the nation’s largest networks of community-based oncology physicians.
The group’s providers at the property offer comprehensive oncology care, and the facility is equipped with PET technology for advanced imaging.
