Montecito acquires oncology medical office building in Jacksonville, FL

Montecito Medical, a leading buyer of medical office properties nationwide, has acquired a 10,475-square-foot specialty medical office building in Jacksonville, Florida.

The building is fully occupied by Terk Oncology, a prominent specialty provider. The building features a state-of-the-art linear accelerator vault, enabling precise radiation therapy and enhancing access to advanced treatment for local patients. The acquisition highlights Montecito Medical’s ongoing strategy to collaborate with high-quality medical tenants who are deeply committed to serving their communities.

“We are thrilled to add this outstanding property and to establish a long-term relationship with the physicians of Terk Oncology,” said Rus Gudnyy, Senior Vice President of Investments at Montecito Medical.

Terk Oncology’s award-winning physicians have established a reputation as premier cancer specialists in North Florida. The property is situated across the street from a major hospital campus.

“The Jacksonville property represents our second Jacksonville acquisition in 2024 and our fifth this year in Florida, with more on the way,” said Chip Conk, CEO of Montecito Medical. “We are excited about the medical real estate investment opportunities we continue to see across the state.”
