Montecito adds two medical properties in Southeast

Montecito Medical, a leading acquirer of medical office properties nationwide, has acquired a two-building medical office portfolio in the Tallahassee, Florida, metro area.

The buildings, located in Tallahassee and Thomasville, Georgia, respectively, total more than 16,000 square feet. Both properties are fully occupied by Southeast Neurological Specialists.

“We are very pleased to add both of these properties to our portfolio and to enter into a long-term relationship with another market-leading specialty group,” said Rus Gudnyy, Senior Vice President of Investments at Montecito Medical.

Southeast Neurological Specialists is a leading independent practice that serves the Florida Panhandle and Southern Georgia.

“We’re rapidly expanding our footprint in North Florida and the Southeast as we continue to be attracted by the solid medical office fundamentals in this region,” said Chip Conk, CEO of Montecito Medical.
