Montecito Medical, one of the nation’s most active investors in medical office real estate, has acquired a 49,430-SF specialized cardiology and surgery center building in Wichita, Kansas.
Heartland Cardiology serves as anchor tenant, occupying over 40,000 SF of the available space. Epic Heart & Surgery Center also operates an 8,428-SF cardiac cath lab on the property.

Heartland Cardiology is a large specialty practice that has served patients for over 30 years. In addition to its headquarters facility in Wichita, the group operates three outreach clinics across Kansas. Heartland is affiliated with US Heart & Vascular, a leading national provider of support services to cardiology physician practices.
EPIC Heart & Surgery Center is an outpatient catheterization lab that provides a variety of cardiac procedures for patients in Wichita and surrounding communities. The group is affiliated with SCA Health, a national surgical and practice management company serving patients at over 370 clinic locations across the U.S.
