Montecito Medical Acquires Medical Office Portfolio in Milwaukee Area

Montecito Medical, a leading acquirer of medical office properties nationwide, has acquired two buildings in the Milwaukee suburb of Germantown, Wisconsin.

The two adjacent properties, which encompass a total of 92,573 square feet, are 100% occupied by Advocate Aurora Health.

“We are excited to acquire these two outstanding medical properties that serve as a focal point of care for the Germantown community and beyond,” said Rus Gudnyy, Senior Vice President of Investments at Montecito Medical.

Providers at both properties deliver a wide range of health services. One of the buildings includes an ambulatory surgery center with six operating rooms and MRI/CT imaging.

Advocate Aurora Health is the third-largest nonprofit, integrated health system in the U.S.,  operating more than 65 hospitals and 1,000 sites of care.
