Montecito Medical acquires medical office property in Milwaukee area

Montecito Medical, a leading buyer of medical office properties nationwide, has acquired a 14,459-square-foot medical office building in the Milwaukee suburb of Grafton, Wisconsin.

The building is 100% occupied by Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Health System.

“We are excited to add this outstanding property and to build on our relationship with this prominent health system,” said Rus Gudnyy, Senior Vice President of Investments at Montecito Medical.

Ascension is one of the nation’s leading non-profit and Catholic health systems, with approximately 35,000 affiliated providers and 140 hospitals. The system serves communities in 18 states and the District of Columbia.
