Montecito Medical acquires medical office property in Milwaukee area

Montecito Medical, a leading buyer of medical office properties nationwide, has acquired a 14,459-square-foot medical office building in the Milwaukee suburb of Grafton, Wisconsin.

The building is 100% occupied by Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Health System.

Ascension is one of the nation’s leading non-profit and Catholic health systems, with approximately 35,000 affiliated providers and 140 hospitals. The system serves communities in 18 states and the District of Columbia.
