Nashville, Tenn. — Montecito Medical, one of the nation’s most active investors in medical office real estate, has acquired a 29,400-square-foot specialty medical outpatient building in Austin, Texas.
The property is fully occupied by Texas Oncology, one of the largest community-based oncology practices in the United States.

Texas Oncology is an independent, physician-led practice with more than 550 physicians serving patients across 300 locations statewide. The group is also a leader in cancer research and clinical trials in Texas.
