Montecito Medical acquires ophthalmology medical office building in Augusta, GA

 

Montecito Medical, a leading buyer of medical office properties nationwide, has acquired an 11,426-square-foot medical office building in Augusta, Georgia.

The building, which includes an ambulatory surgery center (ASC), is 100% occupied by Augusta Eye, M.D.

Augusta Eye is a comprehensive ophthalmology practice that has served the Augusta community for 35 years. The group’s providers leverage the area’s first and most advanced cataract technology, along with other advanced imaging, laser, and surgical technologies.
