Montecito Medical acquires orthopedic medical office property in Omaha

Montecito Medical, a leading buyer of medical office properties nationwide, has acquired a 70,000-square-foot medical office building in Omaha, Nebraska.

The building is 100% occupied by OrthoNebraska.

With 35 surgeons and locations in Nebraska, Iowa, and Missouri, OrthoNebraska is the state’s largest orthopedic and musculoskeletal provider. The Omaha property, which includes 12 operating rooms and several treatment rooms, is connected via a skybridge to a 130,000-square-foot medical building operated by Nebraska Medicine.
