Montecito Medical Acquires Two Medical Office Properties in Charlotte, NC

Montecito Medical, a leading buyer of medical office real estate nationwide, has acquired two outpatient surgery properties in Charlotte, NC.

The adjoining buildings, which offer a combined total of 37,200 square feet, are 100% occupied by Atrium Health.
