Montecito Medical, a leading acquirer of medical office properties nationwide, has acquired two buildings in Minnesota that are home to a leading provider of women’s health services in the Twin Cities area.
The two buildings, which encompass a total of 13,100 square feet, are located in the suburban communities of Maplewood and Apple Valley respectively. Both are 100% occupied by Minnesota Women’s Care.
In October 2023, Montecito acquired a 32,711-square-foot building tenanted by the group in Woodbury, another Twin Cities suburb.

Minnesota Women’s Care serves patients throughout the Twin Cities area and western Wisconsin. The group maintains four office locations across its service area.
