Montecito Medical, a leading acquirer of medical office properties nationwide, has acquired a 16,500-square-foot medical office property in Jacksonville, Florida.
The building, which includes specialized imaging space, is fully occupied by McIver Clinic, a leading specialty provider in the Jacksonville area.

Established in 1921 by the area’s first recorded urologist in practice, McIver Clinic is Northeast Florida’s most established urology provider. In addition to the building acquired by Montecito, the group maintains six other locations across the Jacksonville area.
