Montecito Acquires Allergy & Asthma Medical Office Building in Richmond Area

Montecito Medical Real Estate, a premier owner of medical office properties throughout the U.S., has completed the acquisition of a medical office building in the Richmond area that is occupied by a leading allergy and asthma practice. 

The property, which is 100% leased to Richmond Allergy & Asthma Specialists, is located in Short Pump, Virginia, and offers just over 15,000 square feet of rentable space. The building was completed in 2010.
