Montecito Medical has acquired a three-building medical outpatient portfolio in the Wilmington, North Carolina market.

The portfolio totals nearly 92,000 square feet and is fully occupied by EmergeOrtho. Two of the properties are in Wilmington, while the third is in Shallotte, approximately 35 miles away.

“This acquisition builds on Montecito’s long-standing relationship with EmergeOrtho and reflects our continued focus on high-quality outpatient real estate,” said Rus Gudnyy, Senior Vice President of Investments at Montecito Medical.

EmergeOrtho is a physician-led orthopedic platform with a significant presence across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. The practice includes more than 500 providers and serves patients through an extensive network of locations.
